The Dole is Done!

I took Emma to a very popular tourist spot that we have been to a couple times before.
 1st, 2nd, 3rd  time.

The Dole Plantation.
When you are eating a pineapple... chances are that it came from here.  :)

There are 3 main attractions here.
The 1st and 2nd time at the Dole I rode the Pineapple Express but opted out on the other two.
Now that Emma is mobile, I wanted to take her to get some exercise (wear her out) and check it out.
Hibiscus Flowers.
The state flower
Nice little man made waterfall with lots of koi fish and lily pads.
 Looks almost fake...right?!
 Looking towards the pineapple fields.
She had a great time picking things up along the way.
A little cool out but still a beautiful day.
So excited to show me what she found.

Next we went to explore the Garden Maze.

In 2008 this was the worlds largest maze.
We didn't stay long in the maze. Emma was pretty much done with it so we went to eat lunch in their restaurant.
After that we walked around a little. This is the last time we are ever going to go to the Dole Plantation so we took it all in.

Peacocks run wild in Hawaii so you never know when they are going to show up.
Pineapples take 2 to 5 years to grow.
 Rainbow Tree
Chickens are like squirrels in Hawaii.
They are everywhere!
I'm glad we came back and finished the whole experience.
Pretty great day with my little Emma.
