 I have to talk about this a little.
This dogs owner is on one of these boats. They were training for a race, so they would pull to shore and then paddle back out numerous times. The dog sat there and waited just like this each time they left. It doesn't get much more loyal then this.

 I swear they look more and more alike each day.
