Another good one! 
Roasted Red Pepper and Basil Pasta 

Start with a pound of pasta (cooked)
One (large) Red Pepper (roasted)
1/2 cup Basil Leaves
2 TBSP Red Pepper Flakes
3 Garlic Cloves
1/3 Parmesan Cheese
1/3 cup of EVOO
1/2 cup Heavy Cream 
1 TBSP Parsley 
*pine nuts would go well in it too*

In a blender, Garlic and  Cheese,*and Pine Nuts
Blend well
Add Peppers, Flakes, Basil, EVOO,Cream, Parsley, S&P to the blender and blend well.
Pour over pasta and reheat

Please don't mind my WELL DONE fried chicken
