~1048 Steps
~Elevation 1,200 feet
Half way up,a lady asked me if I wanted my picture taken.
I was trying not to show the pain on my face.
Last step! Thank Goodness!!!!
On the way down
I'm glad I finished it. I really wanted to quit half way up but somehow kept going. I don't think I will be doing this hike again any time soon.
Beautiful views!! I heard that on parts of it there is no ground under the tracks...that freaks me out!
ReplyDeleteScary is right! I saw some people get on all fours to crawl over it. Because I am such a baby when it comes to heights...I took the cheater rout around that section.
Deletehaha! Way to go!! I think I've seen that hike somewhere before, I wanna do it!
ReplyDeleteWow that's look awesome! Great job! :)
ReplyDeleteKoko Head is one of my favorite hikes to do there. The first time I did it I sat on my butt and scooted across the open part on the way down bc I was so tired.
ReplyDeleteAAAhhhh Favorite? I cant believe how out of shape I am... Sooo sore the next day.
DeleteDo you think your gonna make it back to Hawaii anytime soon?
Way to go on and not quit, that's awesome! :)
