Koko Head...kicked my butt!!!

Today, a friend and I had a genius idea to do the Koko Head Hike. What were we thinking? Lets just say I was dying...but I made it!

Crazies People do this hike on a regular basis. Running up and down for exercise.

~1048 Steps
~Elevation 1,200 feet

Half way up,a lady asked me if I wanted my picture taken.
I was trying not to show the pain on my face.

 Last step! Thank Goodness!!!!

On the way down

I'm glad I finished it. I really wanted to quit half way up but somehow kept going. I don't think I will be doing this hike again any time soon.

    1. Scary is right! I saw some people get on all fours to crawl over it. Because I am such a baby when it comes to heights...I took the cheater rout around that section.

  4. Koko Head is one of my favorite hikes to do there. The first time I did it I sat on my butt and scooted across the open part on the way down bc I was so tired.
