A few months ago my sister had told me that she had started participating in a study about MS. Having my father, uncle and cousin all diagnosed with this terrible disease I thought maybe I should participate too. I was sent a few forms and questionnaires to fill out and today in the mail came this contraption that I will have to spit in... and mail back. lol ( and not just one spit... I have to fill it up to a line)
