Iv been trying to keep buys these last couple of days. I got the dogs all squared away with the Game Warden on base. So now once we get a house I wont have to worry about doing that. Also I went and had my car safety checked. Gosh! What a headache! I knew that it wasn't going to have a good outcome just because I was aware of all the things that needed to be done. I have to figure out my reverse light problem. I was told that it wasn't the bulbs but something with the wiring. (a lot of money) also, and what I am most upset about is my window tint. I like people not being able to see in my car. I don't have old truckers staring in my window at a stoplight, or if I leave something somewhat valuable in the backseat, I don't have to worry that it wont be there when I get back. I don't get why I am seeing window tints way darker then mine driving around out here to? I wanna go where they get their safety check done because obviously the place doesn't care if they have it. I heard that its $250 per window if you get pulled over though, and I have my windows down most of the time anyways so I guess it wouldn't matter to take it off.
Yesterday I met a friend for lunch. Mike and her husband went to Engineer school in Camp Lejeune together so I knew her from there. They are both now in the same company so they are both gone at the moment. Shes kinda in the same boat as I am so its nice to see how she is handling things.
Iv been busy getting things ready for the move. All the stuff we had in North Carolina came to us in these HUGE boxes that would never fit in my car, so I'm going through them and trying to make it a little easier for when the day comes. I drove past the new place and cant help but get excited! There is so much to do around there.
A long time ago I saw that someone did this on Pintrest with their dog. I though it was cute and kept meaning to do it and finally......its done! Sheba's had to be done twice. She has so much hair in between her toes that it was tricky. Half of Bolos pad is missing but I think it still looks OK. Can you tell I love my dogs a little to much?
What a cute idea! I should do that paw print thing!
ReplyDeleteYes! I think you should do it too!!!
DeleteThe tint thing dose suck on cars. For suvs and trucks it can be very dark but for cars it can't. You could take it some were and they will pass you wit the dark tint but its going to cost you a ARM and a LEG. Then every year you will have to do the same thing. Your best bet is to have it stripped off and redone. That's what I had to do when I moved out there. It sucks buy its better than a ticket from getting pulled over.keeping your windows down sometimes helps but remember its tinted on the back window, plus it rains a lot there so its impossible to keep them down all the time. Good Luck.
